Resolutions...

I failed
Again!
I needed to stop needing you
but i ended up
needing you more
Like the sea holding its shore
wickedly extracted...
Enchanted

I wanted to never wanting you
but i only kept
That Extreme Urge
Like A Spilled cup
Bewildered

Cursed myself
with words&tears
crashed my hopes
with swords of fears
bleeded to the core
what to do more?

I want to hate you
and learn the art of letting go
whispered to my Delusional mind
I soak myself in dreams
feeling you around or so it seems
killing myself with belief
your absent presence is my relief
or so i think
That way i sink
more into your neutral attention
That you simply expose
Beyond the verse&the Prose
Through the fire of your burning sighs
these unheard cries
Where you hide me
within the muse
Reading all your cues
laughing till bursting tears
in the sudden happening of silence

But...
I still shiver to your Undialled call
Run to your unopened arms
Dance around your Never mine charms
I still Hail
To your comings
And I still Fail
To My Never Accomplished Resolutions.

It takes what it takes. But the hold does fade, in time. It's the painful dark side of loving without reservation...letting go HURTS.

Tragic, as so many love stories are. So good it's to know that it will pass as it all eventually passes- sooner or later...

SO good it feels to read you again my dear lady DR!
:-)

Time heals all wounds, physical, mental, emotional...sounds like all of you is in need of healing. In time, a love like this, while it may not have last, should be cherished. Some will go their entire lives never having felt this way.

Really good work! I hope you'll like a suggestion of mine? Using sites like zazzle.com, cafepress. com, fiverr? They could be a good way to promote your works/blog and to help "remove" stupidity in the streets like headlines on t-shirts, fridge-magnets, cups, etc: My Boyfriend kisses Better Than Yours, FBI - female body inspector, etc. Not everything we see and think of should be about sex, right? It would be much better if there were more nice pictures (even of mythical creatures), good thoughts, poems (from any genre are welcome I guess), etc? I'm allanbard there, I use some of my illustrations, thoughts, poems from my books (like: One can fight money only with money, Even in the hottest fire there's a bit of water, Money are amongst the last things that make people rich, or
Love and happiness will be around,
as all the chains will disappear,
and Mountaineers will climb their mount
and there won't be any tear!
etc). Best wishes! Keep the good work going! Let the wonderful noise of the sea always sounds in your ears! (a greeting actually of the water dragons' hunters - my Tale Of The Rock Pieces).

You have captured that frustration and self-loathing after failing oneself in a resolution to stop caring for another. And yet you have also harnessed the elusive beauty and grace in honesty. Sometimes we just need to be aware of our weakness in order to see a different direction where our strength can enter. :-)

You make me smile when I read your poems. You have the words for all my heart ever wanted to convey. Strangely, the poet’s muse that you shower with sweet eloquence is the one who found me always at loss of words. As I read you I wish if I could also open up my heart to him, right before the world! But I guess I am too shy. And scared. And why do I believe that he knows intuitively?

My refuge is in my anonymous musing... rambling, image and inspirations. You can find him written all over here, only if you know him. Just thought of sharing with you...

Keep up your good work and stay in love. You are gifted! :)

Love and peace from India.
